AI for Sales in Bitrix24: Calls, Scripts, Repeat Sales and Agents

Bitrix24 CoPilot handles three concrete sales tasks: it transcribes and scores calls against your script, auto-fills CRM fields from conversations, and triggers repeat-sales deals before your reps remember to follow up. Everything else - negotiation, pricing decisions, building trust - stays with the human.

What CoPilot Actually Does in a Sales Context

Bitrix24 CoPilot performs three distinct jobs in a sales team: it parses conversations (calls, chats, emails) to extract facts, drafts text so reps start from a solid skeleton rather than a blank page, and keeps CRM records clean by suggesting field values after each interaction - without overwriting data a rep has already entered.

These roles are narrow and that narrowness is a feature. CoPilot does not run negotiations, does not make pricing judgments, and does not substitute for a defined sales process. What it does is remove the administrative layer that sits between every customer interaction and the next productive action.

CoPilot is available in both Bitrix24 Cloud and on-premise versions (official help, updated 19 May 2026). The AI features used in sales sit primarily in three places: CRM (calls, chats, emails), Feed, and Video Calls.

A sales pipeline flows from first contact through qualification and negotiation to closing and repeat purchase, with CoPilot acting at each transition point.

Call Transcription and Script Scoring with CoPilot

CoPilot transcribes every recorded call in the language of the conversation, produces a summary in your chosen language, fills empty CRM fields from what was said, and scores the call against your configured sales script - all without a manager listening to a single second of audio (official help, updated 25 Aug 2026).

The mechanics work as follows:

  1. A rep makes or receives a call inside Bitrix24 (telephony must be integrated and recording enabled).
  2. CoPilot transcribes the audio at the end of the call - calls between 10 seconds and 1 hour are supported.
  3. A short summary is generated; the language of the summary can be set independently from the call language.
  4. CoPilot fills empty String, List, Number, and Integer fields in leads and deals. If a field already has a value, it suggests a change rather than overwriting - the rep decides.
  5. The "Rate call" function compares the conversation against the active sales script and posts improvement recommendations. The result appears in the deal timeline marked "Processed by CoPilot."

CRM comes with ready-made scripts for three common scenarios: new customers, complaint handling, and product presentation. Teams can create their own scripts on top of these.

Output Manager benefit Rep benefit
Transcription Review any call by reading, not listening No manual note-taking during the call
Script score Team-wide compliance view without audio review Specific, actionable feedback per call
Field auto-fill Cleaner data for forecasting and repeat-sales AI Less post-call admin
Summary Fast deal context when picking up where a colleague left off One-line recap before a follow-up call

For a deeper look at the technical setup, see our article on AI call analysis in Bitrix24: transcription, quality scoring, and sales coaching.

CoPilot also processes customer chats when the dialogue contains at least 1,000 characters and 30 seconds have passed since the last message (official help, updated 24 Apr 2026). For email, it fills CRM fields from the first incoming email in a lead or deal by default (official help, updated 4 Sep 2026).

Video Meeting Follow-Ups and Post-Negotiation Actions

CoPilot Follow-Up for video calls captures meeting outcomes, agreements reached, open recommendations, and a full transcript - so reps enter the next call with full context rather than patchy notes (official help, updated 9 Jul 2026).

The feature activates on group calls longer than one minute where recording is enabled. After the meeting it generates:

  • A structured summary of what was discussed and agreed
  • Specific recommendations for next steps
  • A full transcript for reference

Bitrix24 Sync, the platform's native calls-and-video tool, adds automatic follow-up after every meeting. Guests can join from a browser without registration, which removes friction for external participants such as clients or partners.

For written follow-ups after a meeting, a rep can ask CoPilot in chat to draft a text from the meeting summary, then edit and send it - they do not start from zero.

AI Repeat-Sales Detection and Automated Deal Creation

The AI Repeat Sales feature analyzes CRM deal history, identifies clients whose buying cycle is approaching, and automatically creates a new deal pre-loaded with a recommendation on what to offer and how to approach the conversation - this capability is available from the Professional Vibe+ plan (bitrix24.com/prices, verified 5 Oct 2026).

The pricing page and the official sources checked on 5 October 2026 do not detail the mechanics (how often deals are created or which history window is analysed), so test the feature on your own data - for example during the free 15-day Vibe+ demo - before building a process around it.

Each auto-created deal includes a CoPilot recommendation: what to offer, how to frame the conversation, and which approach has worked with that specific client before.

For this to work, the CRM needs a solid history of closed deals and complete card data. Sparse or inconsistent records produce generic recommendations. This is the most data-dependent AI feature in the platform.

The CoPilot Agent: Actions, Not Just Answers

The CoPilot agent (introduced in the Bitrix24 Vibe spring 2026 release) is described officially as "4 times better at handling long context", multimodal (files and images), able to search the internet, and context-aware - it identifies which section of the portal the user is working in and maintains conversation memory across sessions (spring 2026 release page; overview article updated 23 Sep 2026).

In a sales workflow the agent matters because it can act, not just advise. A rep can type a request in chat and get help with the section they are working in - finding and analysing data, generating content or suggesting relevant next actions - without navigating menus. The official release note states "All AI scenarios now run through CoPilot."

Beyond the agent, CoPilot has a chat interface with over 30 role presets (including sales manager, lawyer, HR) and saves full chat history for reference (official help, updated 8 Sep 2026).

Automation Studio extends this further: describe a workflow in a chat with CoPilot and it builds the automation for you. This was first announced in the autumn 2025 release and is listed as available from the Professional Vibe+ plan on the pricing grid.

Teams that want to connect external AI tools directly to Bitrix24 CRM data can do so via the MCP server on Vibe+ plans (ChatGPT and Manus are described officially; Claude and others need a custom MCP setup with a token) - see our guide on how to connect ChatGPT, Claude or Manus to Bitrix24 via MCP.

Where AI Does Not Help in Sales - An Honest Assessment

CoPilot is ineffective on an empty or poorly maintained CRM, cannot substitute for an undefined sales process, and makes no contribution to the parts of selling that require human judgment: negotiation, objection handling, pricing decisions, and relationship building.

This section matters because AI adoption in sales teams often stalls not from technical failure but from misplaced expectations. The real limits:

  • No data, no output. If calls are not recorded, deals are not tracked through the portal, or cards are mostly blank, CoPilot has nothing to analyze. Repeat-sales detection depends directly on data quality.
  • No process, no baseline. Script scoring requires a configured script. If there is no defined script, there is nothing to compare the conversation against.
  • AI models make errors. Transcriptions and auto-filled fields are probabilistic. Reps must check auto-populated data before treating a card as accurate.
  • Telephony integration is required for call features. Call transcription and script analysis only work when telephony is integrated into Bitrix24 and call recording is active. A standalone phone system that is not connected produces no data for CoPilot.
  • Long enterprise deals with multiple decision-makers remain human territory. CoPilot helps with documentation and meeting summaries in complex deals, but does not influence the outcome of multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • AI does not raise conversion by itself. The mechanism is indirect: CoPilot removes administrative friction, freeing reps to spend more time on actual selling. Conversion improvement is a consequence, not a guarantee.

One practical note on data privacy: according to Bitrix24's AI Tools Terms of Use (updated 7 Aug 2026), requests to AI providers such as OpenAI are processed in the USA, and providers may use content to improve their AI under their own terms. Bitrix24 stores your data for up to 14 days for technical purposes and then deletes it (official FAQ, updated 7 May 2026). Teams with strict data residency requirements should review the Bitrix24 AI data residency and compliance guide before activating CoPilot in CRM.

What does your CRM need before AI can add value?

Activating AI features on a CRM that lacks clean data, integrated telephony, and a defined sales process will produce unreliable auto-fills and no meaningful script analysis - setting up the data foundation first is not optional, it is the prerequisite.

Use this checklist before enabling CoPilot in CRM:

  • Telephony integrated into Bitrix24, call recording active
  • Sales pipeline stages reflect the actual process (separate funnels for new sales, repeat sales, and nurturing)
  • A solid history of closed deals in the CRM (repeat-sales AI depends on it)
  • CRM fields have clear, descriptive names that map to questions reps ask in calls (e.g. "Payment method" not "Field_22")
  • Sales scripts configured in the system for the scenarios you want scored
  • Product catalog up to date with pricing and relevant attributes
  • All communication (calls, chats, emails) routed through Bitrix24, not side channels
  • Reps know they are expected to review and confirm AI-filled fields before closing a card

Based on implementation experience, teams that maintain consistent CRM hygiene see repeat-sales recommendations become noticeably more accurate within the first three months of AI use.

If you are evaluating whether your current setup is ready, the Bitrix24 onboarding questionnaire covers the key configuration and data-readiness questions.

How do you run a Bitrix24 AI pilot without it becoming a project?

The most reliable way to introduce AI into a sales team is to pick one funnel stage with a clear, measurable pain point, run it for four to six weeks, and measure a concrete before-and-after metric before adding a second AI feature.

Trying to activate multiple AI features simultaneously typically results in none of them being used systematically. A focused pilot avoids this.

Step 1: Choose one stage with a visible bottleneck. The most common starting point is call analysis. If the sales manager spends several hours a week listening to recordings, CoPilot's transcription and script scoring directly reduces that to minutes.

Step 2: Verify data readiness. Confirm telephony is integrated, recording is on, and at least one sales script exists in the system. Without these three, call analysis cannot run.

Step 3: Set a baseline metric before day one. Measure how many hours per week the manager currently spends reviewing calls, and what percentage of deal cards have all required fields filled. After four to six weeks, compare. Only after the first AI feature is part of the team's routine does it make sense to activate the next one.

A practical set of metrics that are visible directly in Bitrix24:

Metric What it shows
Manager hours spent on call review per week Direct time saved by transcription and script scoring
% of deals with all required fields filled Whether auto-fill is improving data quality
% of calls with a script score in the timeline Whether call analysis is actually being used
First-response time to inbound inquiries Impact of any chat-bot or auto-response setup

These metrics do not require custom reports. The Bitrix24 reports every manager needs to run sales by the numbers article covers the standard report configurations that surface these figures.

Questions we get asked

FAQ: AI for Sales in Bitrix24

Does CoPilot in CRM work with both cloud and on-premise Bitrix24?

Yes. According to the official Bitrix24 helpdesk (updated 19 May 2026), CoPilot is available in both Bitrix24 Cloud and on-premise versions. You enable it under 'CoPilot in CRM' in Bitrix24 settings.

What is the minimum call length for CoPilot to transcribe and score it?

CoPilot processes calls between 10 seconds and 1 hour. Calls outside that range are not transcribed. Telephony must be integrated into Bitrix24 and recording must be active for the feature to work.

Will CoPilot overwrite CRM fields a rep has already filled in?

No. CoPilot fills only empty fields automatically. If a field already has a value, it suggests a change and lets the rep decide whether to accept or keep the existing data.

Which plan do I need for AI repeat-sales deal creation?

AI repeated sales is available from the Professional Vibe+ plan upward, according to the Bitrix24 pricing page (verified 5 Oct 2026). It works from closed-deal history in the CRM, so sparse or inconsistent data gives generic recommendations.

Does Bitrix24 send my call recordings to OpenAI?

Bitrix24 uses third-party AI providers including OpenAI for CoPilot. According to the AI Tools Terms of Use (updated 7 Aug 2026), requests to OpenAI are processed in the USA and providers may use content to improve their AI under their own terms. Bitrix24 stores your data for up to 14 days for technical purposes before deleting it.

Can CoPilot replace sales reps in negotiations?

No. CoPilot handles administrative tasks - transcription, field filling, draft text, meeting summaries. Negotiation, objection handling, pricing decisions, and relationship-building remain entirely with the human rep, including in long enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
