How real estate agencies, distributors, clinics and logistics companies moved off spreadsheets and scattered channels onto one working Bitrix24 portal. Each case: where it started, what we built, and what changed.
iReal implementations from our delivery practice, shown anonymised by industry. Named references and detailed numbers are available on request.
Deals lived in spreadsheets, properties in scattered folders, and enquiries from the website and messengers regularly got lost. The owner had no live view of the pipeline.
What we built
A full Bitrix24 portal in about 80 hours: separate deal pipelines for buyers and tenants, smart processes for property objects, omnichannel lead capture and automation robots.
What changed
One pipeline for every enquiry, no more lost leads, and a funnel the owner can read in real time.
Orders arrived by phone, email and messengers, every channel on its own. Managers reconciled shipments and debts by hand, which was slow and error-prone.
What we built
Unified order intake, a dealer-relationship pipeline, automated shipment and receivables tracking, and default prepayment rules for new accounts.
What changed
One system for the whole dealer network, fewer manual errors, and a clear view of who ordered and who owes.
Each branch kept its own patient base and its own doctor schedule. The same patient existed twice, and branches could not see each other.
What we built
A single patient base and unified scheduling across all branches, kept in sync automatically (typical cadence: every 5 minutes): contacts, appointments, doctors and rooms in one place.
What changed
One patient record across the whole network, no duplicates, and cross-branch booking.
No CRM at all. Calls went to the phone system, requests to email, questions to messengers. There was no single register, each manager kept their own notes, and enquiries slipped through.
What we built
A sales pipeline with omnichannel capture: telephony, email and messengers all landing in one register, with clear stages and ownership.
What changed
A single lead register instead of scattered notes, and a sharp drop in enquiries lost between channels.
The company ran 50+ projects at once: construction, work stages, contractors and clients. Project information lived in spreadsheets, email and people's heads, with no single point of truth.
What we built
Smart processes to manage the whole project portfolio: stages, contractors and clients in one structured place, with status visible at a glance.
What changed
A single cockpit for 50+ projects, so leadership can see portfolio status without chasing people.
Patients did not come back for preventive check-ups, and the no-show rate on booked visits had climbed to a critical level.
What we built
Recall campaigns plus booking automation and reminders: patients are re-engaged for check-ups, and visits are confirmed automatically before the appointment.
What changed
Patients return for repeat visits, and no-shows come down systematically.
