Bitrix24 Integration With Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero and Tally for UAE Companies

UAE companies connecting Bitrix24 to their accounting system have ready Market apps for QuickBooks Online and Xero, a middleware app for Tally, and no native app for Zoho Books - each option with a different sync scope and different implications for UAE e-invoicing compliance.

Which Accounting Systems Have a Bitrix24 Market App?

As of October 2026, the Bitrix24 Market has published apps for QuickBooks Online, Xero and Tally; Zoho Books has no dedicated connector - only a one-time migration tool - so a custom API integration is the only live-sync path for Zoho Books users.

The table below summarises what is available, who built it, and how many portals have installed each app.

Accounting system App in Bitrix24 Market? App name Developer Installs (Oct 2026)
QuickBooks Online Yes (multiple) QuickBooks integration Bitrix24 Integrations (vendor) 5,627
Xero Yes Bitrix24 - Xero Integration Fusion ETA (Malaysia) 22
Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime Yes Tally Bitrix Middleware Mahaabala (Indian partner) 8
Zoho Books No - (migration tool only) - -

QuickBooks Online: The Most Mature Ready-Made Option

QuickBooks Online has three separate Market apps covering contacts, invoices and inventory, all published under the vendor's own developer account - making it the most feature-complete out-of-the-box accounting integration available to UAE Bitrix24 users.

The main "QuickBooks integration" app (5,627 installs) covers:

  • Two-way sync of companies and contacts between Bitrix24 CRM and QuickBooks Online
  • Creating a QuickBooks invoice directly from a Bitrix24 contact, company or deal
  • Invoice payment status (Paid) reflected back into Bitrix24

Two companion apps extend the core: "QuickBooks Accounting" (458 installs) adds invoice status triggers to the deal timeline (New / Sent / Paid); "QuickBooks Inventory" (4,237 installs) handles product migration.

The QuickBooks integration and QuickBooks Accounting apps are listed as "Free + In-app purchases" in the Market (the QuickBooks Inventory listing was not checked); exact subscription amounts are not shown on the listing pages - contact the developer or check the app settings for current pricing.

One important limitation for UAE teams: Intuit / QuickBooks is not on the UAE Ministry of Finance pre-approved Accredited Service Provider (ASP) list (MoF ASP register). This means that invoices created through this integration do not satisfy UAE e-invoicing (PINT AE / Peppol) requirements. See the UAE e-invoicing compliance article for the full picture on what constitutes a valid UAE eInvoice.

Requires a Bitrix24 commercial plan. The QuickBooks integration app explicitly states it does not work on the free plan.

Xero: Real-Time Draft Invoice Sync, Limited Contact Flow

The "Bitrix24 - Xero Integration" app by Fusion ETA syncs invoices created in Bitrix24 to Xero as drafts in real time, with status updates flowing back, but contacts and companies sync one way only - from Bitrix24 to Xero.

Key details (Fusion ETA listing, version 2, 8 July 2026):

  • Invoices created in Bitrix24 appear in Xero immediately as Draft status
  • Xero invoice status changes return to Bitrix24
  • Contact/company records push from Bitrix24 to Xero only; there is no reverse contact sync
  • 30-day free trial; thereafter the integration is priced at RM 2,000 (approximately USD 500) per integration (checked 5 October 2026 - the listing does not clarify whether this is a one-off fee or annual)
  • 22 installs globally as of October 2026

Like QuickBooks, Xero is not on the UAE MoF pre-approved ASP list, so Xero-generated invoices do not fulfil the UAE e-invoicing mandate. The mandate under Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025 requires B2B and B2G invoices to be issued in Peppol PINT AE XML format via an accredited ASP - PDF, scanned or emailed invoices do not qualify.

Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime: Windows Middleware, UAE VAT Caveats

The "Tally Bitrix Middleware" app connects Bitrix24 to a locally installed Tally instance via a Windows desktop middleware, syncing outstanding bills as deals, ledgers as contacts and sales as smart invoices - but the app was built for Indian GST and makes no mention of UAE VAT handling.

App details (developer Mahaabala, added 15 May 2026):

  • Architecture: a Windows desktop process runs alongside Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime on the same machine or network
  • Bidirectional sync: unpaid Tally bills create deals in a dedicated "Tally Outstanding" pipeline; ledgers map to Bitrix24 contacts and companies; Tally sales orders appear as smart invoices in Bitrix24; payments and stock levels also sync
  • App install is free; the middleware itself requires a separate paid subscription (price on request from the developer)
  • The listing targets Indian GST workflows and does not document UAE VAT field mapping

On the positive side, Tally Software Solutions FZCO is on the UAE MoF pre-approved ASP list (entry 48) (MoF ASP register), meaning Tally can be appointed as your Accredited Service Provider for UAE e-invoicing. The middleware connects Bitrix24 to Tally; PINT AE XML generation and exchange are handled by the appointed ASP, not inside Bitrix24 - confirm the exact setup with Tally.

If you use TallyPrime as your ASP and rely on this middleware, confirm with the developer that UAE VAT fields and the Peppol PINT AE output are correctly handled in your specific TallyPrime version.

Zoho Books: No Live-Sync App - API Integration Required

No live-sync Market app exists for Zoho Books as of October 2026; the only Bitrix24 Market entry related to Zoho is a one-time data migration tool, so a custom REST API integration is the only way to achieve ongoing two-way sync.

What the Market does have:

  • "Zoho Inventory" by Bitrix24 Integrations - described explicitly as "a one-time transfer", not an ongoing sync
  • "Migration from Zoho" - similarly a one-off tool

For live integration, Zoho Books exposes a REST API v3 (OAuth 2.0, base URL https://www.zohoapis.com/books/v3) covering invoices, contacts, items, payments, purchase orders and more. As of October 2026, Zoho Books API v3 lists eight data-centre domains but none located in the UAE; a Saudi .sa endpoint exists for the Gulf region.

Zoho Software Trading LLC is on the UAE MoF pre-approved ASP list (entry 61) (MoF ASP register), which means Zoho can be appointed as your e-invoicing ASP. Custom integration work can then surface invoice status and payment data inside Bitrix24 CRM.

Custom integration approach options:

  • Bitrix24 REST API + Zoho Books REST API - webhook-driven, typically the most reliable for real-time deal/invoice sync
  • No-code platforms (Albato, Make, Zapier) - faster to configure, suitable for simpler workflows but with limited transformation logic
  • Alaio Vibecode - for teams that want a purpose-built internal app with full control over field mapping and UAE VAT logic

What Syncs and What Does Not: A Comparison Checklist

The list below covers the most common data objects UAE finance teams want to sync. Check marks reflect what the published Market apps document; gaps indicate the object is not covered in the app listing or requires custom work.

QuickBooks Online (Market app)

  • Contacts and companies (two-way)
  • Create invoice from deal/contact/company
  • Invoice payment status back to Bitrix24
  • Product/inventory migration (separate app)
  • UAE Peppol PINT AE XML generation
  • Purchase orders
  • Bank reconciliation data

Xero (Market app)

  • Invoices - Bitrix24 to Xero (real time, as Draft)
  • Invoice status - Xero to Bitrix24
  • Contacts/companies - Bitrix24 to Xero (one way)
  • Contacts - Xero to Bitrix24 (not supported)
  • UAE Peppol PINT AE XML generation
  • Quotes or purchase orders

Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime (Market middleware)

  • Outstanding bills to Bitrix24 deals
  • Ledgers to contacts and companies
  • Sales orders to smart invoices
  • Payments and stock
  • UAE VAT field mapping (not documented)
  • Cloud/SaaS Tally (desktop middleware required)

Zoho Books (custom API only)

  • No live Market app
  • REST API v3 covers invoices, contacts, payments, POs
  • Zoho (Zoho Software Trading LLC) is a UAE pre-approved ASP (entry 61)
  • UAE data centre not available (Gulf: Saudi endpoint)

No app currently in the Bitrix24 Market generates or transmits UAE Peppol PINT AE XML eInvoices; creating an invoice inside Bitrix24 and pushing it to QuickBooks or Xero does not satisfy the UAE e-invoicing mandate, which requires issuance in XML format via a pre-approved ASP.

Key facts from the UAE Ministry of Finance (MoF e-invoicing programme):

  • The mandate covers B2B and B2G transactions; B2C is excluded (Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025)
  • Format is Peppol PINT AE XML - "unstructured invoice formats such as PDF, Word document, images, scanned copies and emails are not eInvoices" (MoF)
  • Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more: ASP appointment by 30 October 2026, mandatory implementation by 1 January 2027 (Ministerial Resolution No. 66 of 2026)
  • Revenue below AED 50 million: ASP by 31 March 2027, implementation by 1 July 2027
  • Government entities: ASP by 31 March 2027, implementation by 1 October 2027

Of the four accounting systems covered here, the vendors of TallyPrime (Tally Software Solutions FZCO, entry 48) and Zoho Books (Zoho Software Trading LLC, entry 61) are on the MoF pre-approved list; QuickBooks and Xero are not. This does not prevent you using QuickBooks or Xero for day-to-day accounting; it means you will need a separate pre-approved ASP to handle the PINT AE XML generation and submission, which then connects to your accounting system.

The Bitrix24 Market search for "UAE e-invoicing" as of October 2026 returns only apps for Poland (KSeF), Mexico (CFDI), Malaysia (LHDN), Argentina (ARCA) and Romania, plus Storecove (Italy and Poland only) and DDD Invoices - no UAE-specific PINT AE app was found. For a full setup walkthrough, see Bitrix24 E-Invoicing UAE 2026: Peppol PINT AE Setup and VAT Field Mapping.

Custom Integration via Bitrix24 REST API or Alaio Vibecode

When a Market app does not cover your accounting system or your required field set, a custom integration via the Bitrix24 REST API is the standard approach; Alaio Vibecode adds the option of building a packaged internal app with its own UI, webhooks and automated logic.

A typical custom accounting integration for a UAE mid-market company involves:

  1. Mapping CRM entities (deals, contacts, companies, products) to accounting objects (invoices, customers, items)
  2. Defining the trigger events - deal stage change, manual button, scheduled batch sync
  3. Handling VAT field mapping (5% UAE VAT, TRN numbers, currency in AED/USD)
  4. Error handling and retry logic for failed API calls
  5. A reconciliation report to catch sync gaps

The effort for a custom bidirectional deal-to-invoice sync with status callbacks and basic VAT field mapping depends on data complexity and on whether the accounting system's API requires OAuth flows, webhook configuration or custom transformation logic; more complex setups (multi-currency, approval workflows, inventory sync) take longer. ACP Group scopes the hours after reviewing your field map.

For implementation planning, the Bitrix24 Implementation Hours by Module reference gives comparable effort benchmarks across integration types.

Alaio Vibecode is particularly useful when the integration needs a custom user interface inside Bitrix24 - for example, a side panel that shows outstanding invoices from the accounting system while a sales agent views a deal. For pricing and what to budget, contact acp-24.com.

The data flow from Bitrix24 CRM deals and contacts passes through the accounting system API, with UAE VAT fields enriched at the accounting layer and e-invoicing XML generated and exchanged by a pre-approved ASP.

For teams evaluating whether their current CRM setup can handle the full quote-to-invoice-to-e-invoice flow, the Auto-Generating Quotes, Invoices and Contracts in Bitrix24 article covers the Bitrix24-side document generation in detail.

Questions we get asked

FAQ: Bitrix24 Accounting Integration UAE

Does the QuickBooks Online Market app work with UAE e-invoicing?

No. Intuit / QuickBooks is not on the UAE Ministry of Finance pre-approved ASP list as of October 2026. Invoices pushed from Bitrix24 to QuickBooks are standard PDF or system records, not Peppol PINT AE XML. You need a separate pre-approved ASP for the e-invoicing requirement.

Is there a Bitrix24 Market app for Zoho Books?

No live-sync app exists in the Bitrix24 Market for Zoho Books as of October 2026. The only Market entry is a one-time migration tool. Ongoing two-way sync requires a custom integration using the Zoho Books REST API v3.

Can Tally handle UAE VAT through the Bitrix24 middleware?

Tally Software Solutions FZCO is on the UAE Ministry of Finance pre-approved ASP list (entry 48), so Tally can be appointed as your ASP for PINT AE eInvoices. However, the 'Tally Bitrix Middleware' Market app was built for Indian GST and does not document UAE VAT field mapping - confirm UAE VAT handling directly with the developer (Mahaabala) before going live.

Which of these four accounting systems is a UAE pre-approved e-invoicing ASP?

Two of the four: Tally Software Solutions FZCO (entry 48) and Zoho Software Trading LLC (entry 61) appear on the MoF pre-approved ASP list as of 5 October 2026. QuickBooks and Xero do not. The full list is at mof.gov.ae.

How long does a custom Bitrix24-to-accounting integration typically take?

Effort for a bidirectional deal-to-invoice sync with status callbacks and basic UAE VAT field mapping depends on data complexity and the accounting system's API. More complex setups involving multi-currency, approval workflows or inventory sync take longer. Contact acp-24.com for a scoped estimate.

Does the Xero Market app sync contacts from Xero back into Bitrix24?

No. The Fusion ETA app syncs contacts and companies one way only - from Bitrix24 to Xero. Reverse contact sync from Xero into Bitrix24 is not supported in the current version and would require custom API work.
