Bitrix24 Vibecode Cost: Vibe Credits, Servers and Plans Explained (2026)
Running apps on Bitrix24 (Alaio) Vibecode has two cost layers: a Vibe+ plan subscription for platform access, and Vibe credits ($1 each) charged only when apps are actually running. Building and deploying through an AI agent costs nothing in credits.
Every channel ends up in one portal
What You Need Before Spending Anything on Vibecode
To use Vibecode you need an active Bitrix24 Vibe+ plan - the free tier is not sufficient. Vibe+ unlocks the app builder, unlimited REST API, the MCP server and extended or unlimited AI. A free 15-day Vibe+ demo is available so you can test the platform before committing.
Vibecode was launched on 15 March 2026 as the official platform for building Bitrix24 applications. According to vibecode.bitrix24.com, a single API key opens access to Bitrix24 account data, AI models, cloud servers and the bot platform.
Since 1 September 2026 every Bitrix24 cloud plan exists in two versions - Essentials and Vibe+ - as documented in the Bitrix24 help centre. Vibecode access is included only in Vibe+.
Vibe+ plan prices (launch offer, billed annually, as of 5 October 2026, source: bitrix24.com/prices):
| Plan | Users included | Monthly price (annual billing, launch offer) | One annual payment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic Vibe+ | 5 | $59/mo | $705 |
| Standard Vibe+ | 50 | $120/mo | $1,433 |
| Professional Vibe+ | 100 | $240/mo | $2,873 |
| Enterprise Vibe+ 250 | 250 | $480/mo | $5,753 |
The launch offer runs from 1 September to 10 December 2026 and discounts annual subscriptions by up to 40%. All renewals revert to regular prices (not yet published). Free-plan users can purchase any Vibe+ plan directly.
Self-hosted Bitrix24 can also be connected to the Vibecode platform, though the primary deployment scenario is a cloud portal.
For a full breakdown of what each Vibe+ tier includes beyond Vibecode - CoPilot limits, AI voice, workflow agents, and so on - see the Bitrix24 Vibe+ plans overview.
Vibe Credits: the Currency of the Platform
Vibe credits are the pay-as-you-go unit that covers running costs on Vibecode: 1 credit costs $1 as of 5 October 2026, credits belong to the Bitrix24 account (not individual users), expire after 365 days from purchase, and server charges drop about ten times while a server sleeps and stop when it is stopped or deleted.
Key facts about credits (source: Bitrix24 help centre, 25 Sep 2026):
- Credits are shared across everyone with access to the Vibecode workspace on that account.
- Oldest credits are consumed first.
- Remaining credits after 365 days are forfeited.
- Balance and spending history are visible in the platform's Balance section.
- Every new Bitrix24 account receives a 10-credit welcome bonus plus 14 days of trial Vibe+ access - enough to build and run a first simple app.
Credit packs available (as of 5 October 2026, source: helpdesk.bitrix24.com/open/25989659/):
| Pack | Credits | Suitable for |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 20 | First app, exploration |
| Team | 50 | A team or department with regular app use |
| Pro | 100 | Multiple apps, active AI scenarios, always-on servers |
Start with the Starter pack before committing to larger volumes - the welcome bonus and trial period let you measure actual credit consumption for your specific scenario before scaling up.
What happens at zero balance: servers stop but apps are saved. If the balance stays at zero for more than 33 days, servers are deleted permanently.
What Consumes Vibe Credits and What Does Not
Credits are charged only when apps run - not when you build them. Using an AI coding tool such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor to generate and deploy app code consumes zero Vibe credits; those tools carry their own separate subscriptions.
Charges Vibe credits
- Black Hole servers - billed per minute while running; approximately 10x cheaper in sleep mode.
- Paid built-in AI models - charged per call or per token from the credit balance.
- AI web search - from 0.02 credits per request when an app or bot queries live internet data.
Does NOT charge Vibe credits
- Access to the Vibecode platform itself.
- Building, updating or redeploying apps through an external AI agent.
- Free built-in AI models (see the next section).
- REST API calls to Bitrix24 data.
- Your own OpenAI or Anthropic key via BYOK - traffic routes through your external provider account.
- Market app installations (unlimited on Vibe+).
The cost flow for a running Vibecode app looks like this. A Vibe+ plan opens platform access and the free model tier; Vibe credits are drawn down only by servers, paid models and web search; BYOK routes external model traffic outside credits entirely.
Black Hole Servers: How Running Costs Accumulate
Black Hole servers are the primary variable in a Vibecode bill. They are cloud servers invisible to the public internet - reachable only via an outbound tunnel at https://app-{id}.vibecode.bitrix24.com - and are billed per minute at rates ranging from 24 to 202 credits per month depending on size, with sleep mode costing roughly 10 times less.
Key operational facts (source: helpdesk.bitrix24.com/open/25989759/):
- Deploy time: 1-2 minutes.
- Servers sleep after inactivity (configurable: 15, 30, 60, or 240 minutes, or disabled).
- Sleep mode costs roughly 10 times less than active mode.
- A server can be paused or deleted at any time - credits stop accumulating immediately.
- If credits run to zero, servers stop but apps are preserved.
- After 33 days at zero balance, servers are deleted permanently.
Practical cost levers:
- Schedule inactivity sleep aggressively for apps that run on demand (a morning digest bot, a weekly report generator).
- Delete test and prototype servers when the app ships to production.
Because servers are billed per minute, a bot that processes 50 messages a day and then sleeps has a very different monthly footprint than an always-on customer-facing calculator. The worked examples below show this arithmetic explicitly.

Free Built-In AI Models Available on Vibecode
Vibecode includes several AI models that are free to call through the Vibe API, with no credit deduction. As of 5 October 2026, the free tier covers BitrixGPT 5.5, BitrixGPT 5.5 Thinking, BitrixGPT 5.5 Agent, GPT-OSS 120B and Gemma 4 26B (source: vibecode.bitrix24.com/ai-models).
| Model | Context | Capability | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| BitrixGPT 5.5 | 262K tokens | Text, vision | Free |
| BitrixGPT 5.5 Thinking | 262K tokens | Chain-of-thought reasoning | Free |
| BitrixGPT 5.5 Agent | Up to 65K output tokens | Long-form agent tasks | Free |
| GPT-OSS 120B | - | General-purpose open model | Free |
| Gemma 4 26B | - | Efficient general model | Free |
Free built-in models do not use Vibe credits, while paid built-in models are billed based on actual usage (Bitrix24 help centre, 25 Sep 2026).
If your app relies on a specific external model - GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Gemini - connect it via BYOK (bring your own key). Traffic routes through your OpenAI or Anthropic account; no credits are deducted.
The Vibecode AI Router provides a single OpenAI-compatible API endpoint that transparently routes calls across models of different providers, so switching or load-balancing models requires no code changes in the app.
Note: Bitrix24 CoPilot, the AI assistant inside the CRM and tasks interface, runs on third-party providers such as OpenAI according to the official FAQ. CoPilot and the Vibecode model tier are separate things - CoPilot credit usage does not draw from the Vibe credit balance. For more on CoPilot capabilities see Bitrix24 CoPilot: the AI assistant inside your CRM.
Two Worked Cost Examples (as of October 2026)
The following examples use official figures from helpdesk.bitrix24.com/open/25989759/, verified 5 October 2026. Plan prices are from bitrix24.com/prices.
Example A: Internal morning-summary bot (small team)
A bot that pulls overnight CRM activity, composes a daily digest and sends it to a manager channel. It wakes once per day, runs for a few minutes, then sleeps.
| Cost item | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|
| Vibe+ plan (Standard, annual billing, launch offer) | $120 | $1,433 |
| Vibe credits - server + free model calls | ~3 credits | ~36 credits |
| Total credits cost | ~$3 | ~$36 |
Total all-in (plan + credits) at the launch-offer plan price, available until 10 December 2026: approximately $123/month or $1,469/year for the whole team of up to 50 users. The bot itself adds roughly $3/month in credits on top of the plan. If the team already has Standard Vibe+ for other reasons, the bot's marginal cost is only the credits.
Example B: Customer-facing estimate calculator (200 calculations/month)
A web form embedded in a client portal that calculates a price estimate, saves the result to CRM as a deal, and sends a summary email. It stays active during business hours.
| Cost item | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|
| Vibe+ plan (Professional, annual billing, launch offer) | $240 | $2,873 |
| Vibe credits - server (active during business hours) + AI calls for 200 calculations | 12-18 credits | 144-216 credits |
| Total credits cost | $12-$18 | $144-$216 |
Total all-in at the launch-offer plan price, available until 10 December 2026: approximately $252-$258/month or $3,017-$3,089/year. The calculator adds $12-18/month in credits. Running the server only during business hours (sleep mode at night) is the biggest lever for keeping that number at the low end.
Example C: AI assistant processing high-volume inbound messages
An AI auto-reply bot handling 50 incoming messages per day through Bitrix24 Open Lines, classifying intent and routing to the right pipeline.
| Cost item | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|
| Vibe credits - server + AI model calls for ~1,500 messages/month | ~115 credits | ~1,380 credits |
This scenario draws significantly more credits because the server stays active throughout the day and each message triggers an AI call. Connecting a BYOK key for the AI calls would eliminate the per-call credit charge and reduce monthly spend to server costs only.
Cost Control Checklist: Keeping the Bill Predictable
The most effective way to manage Vibecode costs is to sleep servers aggressively, default to free built-in models, and use BYOK for any external model you call at high volume - these three steps together cover the majority of overspend scenarios.
Use this checklist before and after deploying each app:
- Default to free models. BitrixGPT 5.5, GPT-OSS 120B and Gemma 4 26B handle most typical tasks without drawing from the credit balance.
- Connect BYOK for high-frequency external model calls. If you regularly call GPT-4o or Claude at volume, route traffic through your own provider account.
- Configure sleep mode. Set inactivity sleep to 15 or 30 minutes for on-demand apps. Sleep mode costs roughly 10x less than active mode.
- Delete unused servers immediately. Test and prototype servers continue accruing charges until deleted.
- Monitor the Balance history tab. Unexpected credit consumption is easy to trace by timestamp.
- Never leave the balance at zero for more than 33 days. Servers are permanently deleted after that window.
- Start with the Starter pack (20 credits) before buying larger packs. The 10-credit welcome bonus and 14-day trial let you measure real consumption before committing to bigger volumes.

Questions we get asked
FAQ: Bitrix24 Vibecode Cost
Do I pay separately just to access the Vibecode platform?
No. Platform access is included in any Bitrix24 Vibe+ plan. Vibe credits are charged only for what runs on the platform - Black Hole servers, paid AI model calls and AI web search. Building and deploying apps through an AI coding tool costs zero credits.
What is a Vibe credit and how long does it last?
One Vibe credit costs $1 and belongs to the Bitrix24 account rather than to an individual user. Credits expire 365 days after purchase; the oldest credits are consumed first. Packs come in three sizes: Starter 20, Team 50 and Pro 100 credits (source: helpdesk.bitrix24.com/open/25989659/, 25 Sep 2026).
Can I try Vibecode without paying?
Yes. Every new Bitrix24 account receives a 10-credit welcome bonus and 14 days of Vibe+ trial access automatically. A 15-day Vibe+ demo can also be activated on existing accounts. Both options let you build and run a real app before any payment is required.
What happens if my Vibe credit balance reaches zero?
Servers stop and no new paid API calls are processed, but all apps and their code are preserved. Topping up the balance restores everything. If the balance stays at zero for more than 33 days, servers are deleted permanently with no recovery option.
Which AI models are free on Vibecode, and do they count against credits?
BitrixGPT 5.5, BitrixGPT 5.5 Thinking, BitrixGPT 5.5 Agent, GPT-OSS 120B and Gemma 4 26B are all marked Free on vibecode.bitrix24.com/ai-models (verified 5 Oct 2026). They do not consume Vibe credits.
How do I avoid credit charges for external AI models like GPT-4o or Claude?
Connect your own provider API key via BYOK (bring your own key). Traffic routes through your OpenAI or Anthropic account rather than the Vibe credit pool, so no credits are deducted regardless of call volume.
