The CoPilot Agent: What Changed in Spring 2026

The rebuilt CoPilot agent, shipped in the spring 2026 Vibe release, is described by Bitrix24 as "4 times better at handling long context", adds multimodal input (files and images), can search the internet, and identifies which section of Bitrix24 the user is currently working in - all while keeping the conversation in a persistent chat with full history (sources: bitrix24.com/promo/spring-2026-release/ and the Bitrix24 Vibe overview article, updated 23 September 2026).

A key architectural shift: all AI scenarios in Bitrix24 now run through CoPilot. Previously some features operated independently; from the Vibe release onward CoPilot is the single interface for AI across Feed, Tasks, CRM, Chat, Product Catalog, Flows, Sites, and Video Calls. CoPilot is available in both cloud and on-premise deployments (helpdesk.bitrix24.com, 19 May 2026).

What CoPilot does today, by area

  • CRM calls - transcribes in the language of the call; produces a summary in a selectable language; fills empty CRM fields from the transcript; suggests a change (rather than overwriting) if a field is already filled; scores the call against a sales script. Works on calls from 10 seconds to 1 hour (helpdesk.bitrix24.com, 25 Aug 2026).
  • CRM chats - reviews customer chat threads and fills CRM fields when the dialogue has at least 1,000 characters and 30 seconds have passed since the last message (helpdesk.bitrix24.com, 24 Apr 2026).
  • CRM email - fills CRM fields from inbound emails; by default processes the first incoming email in leads and deals (helpdesk.bitrix24.com, 4 Sep 2026).
  • Script analysis - compares agent calls to ready-made or custom scripts (new customers, complaints, product presentation) and posts improvement tips to the timeline, marked "Processed by CoPilot" (helpdesk.bitrix24.com, 24 Apr 2026).
  • Tasks - AI-generated task descriptions, summaries, checklists, and comments.
  • Feed - thread summaries, AI-generated ideas, text editing and creation, AI-written responses, translation.
  • Video calls (CoPilot Follow-Up) - meeting outcomes, agreements, recommendations, evaluation, summary and transcript for group calls longer than one minute with recording enabled (helpdesk.bitrix24.com, 9 Jul 2026).
  • Sites and Stores - copy on demand, AI-generated images, text translation.
  • Chat with CoPilot - over 30 roles (sales manager, lawyer, HR, and more); saves full chat history (helpdesk.bitrix24.com, 8 Sep 2026).

CoPilot uses third-party AI providers. According to Bitrix24's own FAQ (helpdesk.bitrix24.com, 7 May 2026): "Currently, CoPilot uses AI models from third-party providers such as OpenAI." Requests to OpenAI are processed in the USA and providers may use content to improve their models under their own terms (Bitrix24 AI Tools Terms of Use, 7 Aug 2026). Bitrix24 stores your data for up to 14 days for technical purposes and then deletes it.

For a deeper look at CoPilot's call analysis and script-scoring capabilities, see AI Call Analysis in Bitrix24: Transcription, Quality Scoring, and Sales Coaching.

Supported languages (as of the CoPilot tools page): English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, and more. Arabic is not explicitly listed - confirm with your account settings before deploying in Arabic-language workflows.

Data handling is worth reading carefully before rolling out CoPilot to customer-facing teams - Where Bitrix24 AI Processes Your Data - and How to Stay Compliant covers the key compliance questions.

AI Projects: Shared Workspaces with Built-In AI Analysis

AI Projects, part of the spring 2026 Vibe release and described in a Bitrix24 blog post of 20 August 2026, is a shared workspace where CoPilot analyzes project conversations and tasks, surfaces agreements, prepares status updates, detects risks, answers questions about deadlines and current status, and allows external participants to join - without manual reporting overhead.

This feature is aimed at project managers and client-facing teams running multi-stakeholder projects. Key capabilities:

  • Analyzes ongoing task comments and conversations automatically
  • Identifies implicit agreements and decisions buried in threads
  • Prepares status update drafts for project leads
  • Detects project risks before they escalate
  • External participants can be invited and collaborate in the same workspace

If you are already using Project Management in Bitrix24: Tasks, Gantt, Scrum and Workload Planning, AI Projects layers AI analysis directly onto those existing structures without replacing them.

Automation Studio: Build Workflows by Describing Them in Chat

Automation Studio, first announced in the autumn 2025 release and shipped as part of the spring 2026 Vibe release, lets you describe the automation you need in a chat with CoPilot and have it build the workflow for you - removing the need to manually configure robots and triggers for common scenarios.

From the spring 2026 release page: "Describe what you need in a chat with CoPilot and let our AI create the workflow for you." The feature is positioned as a low-friction entry point for teams that have avoided automation because of setup complexity.

A few things to know before using it:

  • AI automation agents are listed in the pricing grid from Professional Vibe+ upward (bitrix24.com/prices/, 5 Oct 2026)
  • Standard automation via Robots and Triggers remains available on all paid plans and is unchanged
  • Automation Studio generates the workflow structure; review and test it before activating in production

For teams who want to understand the underlying automation framework first, Bitrix24 Business Process Automation: Robots, Triggers and the Workflow Designer is a useful reference.

Knowledge Bases 2.0 and Collaboration Tools

Knowledge Bases 2.0 (helpdesk article updated 7 July 2026) introduces unlimited knowledge bases per department, per-base and per-document permissions, co-editing, and AI summaries of long documents - making it practical for larger teams to maintain separate, access-controlled repositories.

The 2.0 version makes department-level knowledge management realistic. AI summaries are particularly useful for onboarding new team members to large policy or process documents without requiring them to read everything in full.

Two additional tools shipped with the Vibe release:

  • Check-in 2.0 - generates an AI-powered daily work plan visible to both the employee and their manager; includes an optional team movement map with geolocation and a worked-time view.
  • Bitrix24 Sync - combines calls and video conferences in one tool; guests join from a browser without registration; an automatic follow-up with the recording, tasks and agreements is sent after each meeting.

Alaio Vibecode: Building Custom Apps on Bitrix24

Alaio Vibecode, launched 15 March 2026, is the official platform for building Bitrix24 applications using AI coding tools; a single Vibe API key opens access to Bitrix24 account data, AI models, hosted servers, and the bot platform - and access requires any Vibe+ plan (source: vibecode.bitrix24.com, verified 5 October 2026).

Vibecode is designed for quick internal apps, idea testing, and tools that solve immediate team needs. It does not replace full custom development for complex scenarios, and publishing apps to the Bitrix24 Market is not yet available.

What Vibecode provides

  • Access to 1,400+ REST API methods covering every Bitrix24 service
  • AI models including BitrixGPT 5.5 (262K-token context, vision, free), BitrixGPT 5.5 Thinking, BitrixGPT 5.5 Agent, GPT-OSS 120B, and Gemma 4 26B - all free through the Vibe API
  • Black Hole servers (cloud servers invisible from the internet; deploy in 1-2 minutes; sleep after inactivity)
  • Bot platform with 33 endpoints
  • Vibe Storage for app files
  • MCP package @bitrix24/mcp-vibecode-api with more than 50 tools

Getting started checklist

  • Confirm you have a Vibe+ plan (or activate the free 15-day demo)
  • Sign in to vibecode.bitrix24.com with your Bitrix24 account
  • Create an API key: vibe_api_ for personal use, vibe_app_ for team or embedded use
  • Choose access mode (Read only or Read and write) and limit to needed permissions only
  • Copy the key immediately - it is shown once
  • Connect your AI coding tool (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Antigravity)
  • Let the agent read GET /v1/me, then build and deploy

Ready-made scenarios from the catalog (~40 available)

Some of the most business-relevant scenarios at vibecode.bitrix24.com/solutions include: AI Lead Classifier, Daily CRM Digest, Lead Scoring, Duplicate Cleanup, Daily Standup Bot, HR Bot for Employees, Document Generation, Call Analytics, Smart Auto-Reply for Open Lines, Tech Support Bot, NPS Customer Surveys, and Meeting to Tasks.

Vibe credits - what gets charged

Credits (1 credit = $1) are charged only for: Black Hole server runtime (24 to 202 credits per month while running, depending on size; roughly ten times cheaper in sleep mode), paid built-in AI models, and AI web search (from 0.02 credits per request). Building and updating apps, API requests to Bitrix24, and free built-in AI models are not charged. New accounts receive a 10-credit welcome bonus and 14 days of trial access.

Official cost examples (helpdesk.bitrix24.com, 25 Sep 2026): a simple morning-summary app runs about 3 credits per month; an estimate calculator handling 200 calculations per month costs about 12-18 credits per month; an AI assistant processing 50 incoming messages per day costs about 115 credits per month.

For a detailed breakdown, see Bitrix24 Vibecode Cost: Vibe Credits, Servers and Plans Explained (2026).

The flow from Bitrix24 data through the Vibecode platform to a deployed app works as follows:

Your AI coding tool builds an app that reads Bitrix24 account data via the Vibe API and deploys it to a Black Hole server, where it runs as an app accessible only through its secure vibecode.bitrix24.com subdomain.

What to Do Before 30 November 2026

Teams on monthly paid plans should audit their current AI usage, map it to the new plan tiers before 30 November 2026, and activate the free 15-day Vibe+ demo if they want to test app-building before committing to Vibe+.

A short action list:

  • Identify which CoPilot features your team uses today (CRM calls, Follow-Up, script analysis, task AI)
  • Check whether those features are in Essentials or require Vibe+ under the new grid
  • If you use or plan to use Automation Studio AI agents or Vibecode, confirm you are on a Vibe+ plan
  • Activate the free 15-day Vibe+ demo to test Vibecode before 30 November 2026
  • Review data handling: CoPilot requests go to OpenAI servers in the USA - if your compliance policy requires in-country AI processing, discuss options with your partner before upgrading
  • On-premise users: CoPilot needs platform version 24.700.0+, the AI Integration module and outbound access to the Bitrix24 AI proxy, so requests leave your server

Questions we get asked

FAQ: Bitrix24 AI 2026

Is the new CoPilot agent available on all Bitrix24 plans, including on-premise?

CoPilot is available in both Bitrix24 Cloud and on-premise versions. However, the depth of access varies: Enterprise gives full access to all CoPilot capabilities, while AI automation agents are listed from Professional Vibe+ on cloud plans. Check the pricing grid for your specific tier.

Does CoPilot store or use my data for AI training?

Bitrix24 stores your data for up to 14 days for technical purposes and then deletes it. However, CoPilot uses third-party providers such as OpenAI, and those providers may use content to improve their AI technologies under their own terms, as stated in the Bitrix24 AI Tools Terms of Use (7 Aug 2026). Never assume your data is never used for training.

What is Alaio Vibecode and who is it for?

Alaio Vibecode, launched 15 March 2026, is the official platform for building custom Bitrix24 applications using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. It is best suited for quick internal apps, idea testing, and tools that solve immediate team needs. It requires any Vibe+ plan and is not a replacement for full custom development on complex projects.

What does the Essentials vs Vibe+ split mean for my current subscription?

From 1 September 2026 every plan comes in two versions. Essentials includes basic AI for everyday work; Vibe+ adds unlimited AI (from Standard upward), Vibecode access, unlimited REST API, unlimited Market apps, and the MCP server. Existing paid customers on monthly plans keep their previous features until 30 November 2026, and annual plans bought before 1 September 2026 keep their terms until the end of the paid period - audit your usage and confirm your plan mapping before then.

Does Automation Studio replace manual robot and trigger setup?

Automation Studio lets you describe a workflow in chat and have CoPilot build it, which reduces setup friction for common scenarios. Standard Robots and Triggers remain fully available on all paid plans and handle the majority of automation needs. The pricing grid lists AI automation agents from Professional Vibe+ upward.

Can I try Vibecode without committing to a Vibe+ plan?

Yes. A free 15-day Vibe+ demo can be activated from within your Bitrix24 account. New accounts also receive a 10-credit welcome bonus and 14 days of trial access to the Vibecode platform. This is enough time to deploy and test a simple app from the ready-made scenario catalog.
